I filled out the form and… no email with a new key.
Tried twice already, waited 24 hours.
Nothing.
Yes, checked “Junk” folder.
Any advice?
I don’t see why you can’t go through the actual interface to try re-registration.
Just click on the avast icon in your taskbar, click the register button and fill out the minimum required data and you should be done.
If that doesn’t work, a lot of people have used the secure registration page that seemed to work better for them.
I don't see why you can't go through the actual interface to try re-registration.I tried it at first. I click on "Register now" button. A pop-up "Retrieving information..." comes up, whirling for a while and that's it. Nothing happens.

I went to your link and I just realized I tried that page several hours ago.
Still no email.
When using the built in registration in the program, you say you don’t see anything. Please reboot (shouldn’t be a factor, but stranger things happen) and check again the main GUI of Avast → summary → current status → expiration date.
If trying again using the main GUI of Avast doesn’t work, clean you web browser’s cache and try again the web method.
Please report back.
The good news is…finally I got new registration code this morning.
That was a reply to my first attempt on Saturday morning.
Must have been some server issue.
