Trying to download avast I just paid and renewed

If you have paid and ‘renewed’ surely you would already have Avast Premium (?) installed, if this is the program you are talking about ?
If you have paid and renewed, you should have received an email from Avast about this ?
As far as I’m aware this should also be reflected in your Avast Account ?
when you buy the product there should be always an Order Confirmation email that contains links + instructions how to get+install+activate the product. If you haven’t received it then check your “spam” folder. If you are sure that you have provided the right email then you can try to login (or create new account) with the same email at my.avast.com. The new(or renewed) subscription should be available there.
If you are still unsuccessful then contact the support they should be able to somehow find your order and help you.
