My new laptop has another AV program pre-installed so I’m trying to unsubscribe from Avast - but what a labarynth of pages that lead nowhere ! Avast, your credibility is plummeting !
First, I’m an Avast user and not an Avast Team member.
Since you don’t have Avast installed on this system its a little more difficult as there is no program link within Avast. Unless you have your old system, you could do it from that.
I don’t know what you have tried, only that it is a labyrinth of pages. I have used the term circular maze in the past.
You would presumably still have your Avast Account.
You would need to log on via the id.avast.com link with your account details.
