Help, I just got Avast and I’m trying to upgrade to the non ad one. Every time I hit the upgrade button, my phone gets a message from Avast that says, Something went wrong, check your internet. It did the same thing when I tried to get AVG. Same exact message only with AVGs logo instead of Avasts. I’ve triple checked each time that my internet was working and it has been the whole day. I don’t know what to do. I want to up grade. Thank you.
Have you got a licenced version on your pc and is it for 1 pc or multiple.
Im not sure if you would need a second licence key for the phone.
If yes then download the free version on phone then go to page to enter licence key.
this is the tricky bit. im not 100% sure about this but if you only have a single licence key for pc then it may not work as you would need another licence key.
This year i took out a 10 licence from ebay for 3 years which was cheaper than 1 year for 1 pc direct from avast. entering that licence key onto my phone used up one of the 10 licences.
