Hi, i just got infected by two trojans, called trz17.tmp and 5220KOU.dll, Avast says that they both are Trojan gen {other}.
I got them both at the same time.
I got them both in the “Chest”, i dont got internet now on the infected computer.
I went looking fot them both on the forum, i dident found any results for the second trojan.
Please help me with them.
What is your Operating system ?
The file names second one appears to be randomly generated so it is possibly you won’t find anything in the forums or elsewhere. There is zero hits for that name on google (other than the one in your post) either which, depending on the files location is highly suspicious in its own right.
Where was it found e.g. (C:\windows\system32\infected-file-name.xxx) ?
Check the avast! Log Viewer (right click the avast ‘a’ icon), Warning section, this contains information on all avast detections. C:\Program Files\Alwil Software\Avast4\ashLogV.exe
What error messages are you getting when you try to connect ?
How are you connecting now ?
