Hello all,
I’m trying to setup and use Tuneblade on my win 10 PC but with no luck…
The problem is when trying to connect to a listed device, Apple TV or my network Airplay system. They are listed within the Tuneblade app but I can’t connect, saying the firewall is blocking it; this is true as turning off the firewall all is well. I’ve allowed the app in the settings to allow connections to all networks, but no joy.
Has anyone come across this issue and solved it? would be interested yo know?
Regards
Pondus

OK thanks for the replys,
Just installed Amoeba Airfoil and that works perfectly, so not sure why Tuneblade doesn’t?
I’ll check again,

I suspect a wrong firewall setup.
You could remove all rules for it and I stall the software again to see if the correct rule is created by avast.

Hi,
Thanks, but I’ve already installed it twice now with the same result, it will not connect. Does with the firewall off!
At a loss to know if this will ever work.

Have you tried deleting all rules in firewall reboot and create new when firewall ask?

All that you have to do is setting the correct rule(s) in the firewall.
Check the Tuneblade support to find out what port ( s) and protocols it needs.

Well this is what I have tried,
Image 1 & 2 is what the install does and ALL is all ports open. Neither work…
I suggested that they contact Avast to see if there is a deeper issue?
Last image shows it’s trying to connect but times out and reports that the firewall is maybe blocking the connection.
