Turn Off Number Validator?

I am using the free version of Avast Mobile on a Galaxy S4 through Sprint.

I have an app for work that I use to make calls to clients. It used to just go to the phone app and put the number in, but for some reason recently it started bringing up a dialog that asks me if I want to use the Phoneor Avast Number Validator when I try to call someone from my work app.

I can’t find a way to skip it and it’s ridiculous to have to tell my PHONE that I want to use my PHONE to make a call.

there should be a “remember my choice” checkbox in the dialog.
