Hi, I hate to have to bring this up again, as I seem to have to do it every year. And this wouldn’t happen if they’d let or have you opt in or opt out of auto pay rather then just make you automatically opt in.
Anyhow, I found where to turn off auto pay but there’s no way to differentiate which one I want them to do? See both the link and screen grab. I want auto pay turned off not cancel my subscription. How do you make sure they won’t cancel your subscription? Or is cancelling your subscription turning off auto-pay? Thanks in advance for any and all replies/help.
