Unfortunately there is always some annoyance associated with extra security.

The maker of TweakUAC claims on the website that UAC doesn’t add any security, only to protect the user from his/herself.
In most instances, the user is the biggest security flaw. ;D
One of the reasons I love WinPatrol is because it lets me know any time something changes. UAC pretty much keeps you on your toes.
I’ve been infected once on Vista due to avast! bad detection, miss detection, and my stupidity of by-passing (allowing) UAC.
