i dont use twitter, but facebook is a bit slow for me and also posting status updates is a problem as in the article. :
For me, status reports are a little off the wall and not something I use very often.
I also avoid twitter and stick to Facebook.
Facebook seems to be working oki now. no problems for me with status updates.
