two devices but only one visible in account

Hi, i have avast! Free Mobile Security installed on two devices but i can only see one (the older one) in my account.

How to add the new device to the list?

I’ve got 4 devices where 2 are same type Samsung S4 acitve. Only one of them is showing in the portal and the backups are mixed together as 1 backup.
How can I seperate them and get both to show?

Hi, can you please provide me ID of your device? Just open page with the device on my.avast.com and send me whole URL form you browser address bar. Without the ID (contained in the URL) I’m unable to look at your devices. Thanks.
