TWO LICENCE renewals but only 1 licence code

I have renewed my licence in June for July and paid in June
I have since been charged (no reminder) for the same licence renewal in July for August
Two licences appear under licences but only one when I go to Manage account.

I need to be refunded but I am unable to contact your accounts direct it seems.
The overcharges/double charges appear to go back to 2015 and I want to sort it out without posting all the details in a public forum.

I visited there and followed the link. However NEXWAY who charged the latest (and has not done so for years) has my last order listed as 2013! I have applied for a refund so am hoping all will be well. Meanwhile I have ensured Paypal will not pay either Nexway or Digital River automatically.

I cannot understand how I was switched from one reseller to another. but only have one licence number for both and 2 different renewal dates.
