twunk_32.exe Malicious URL ?

Hi, I’m running Avast Free and think I have a virus. Avast says my computer is unsecured and I need to register but I can’t register or turn on any shields. Full scan and folder scans turn up empty but Quick Scan says that some files could not be scanned (they appear to be all under c:\windows). I cannot see what version I am running or when it was updated.

Avast reports a twunk_32.exe Malicious URL virus from the notification icon but it doesn’t appear on any scans. I cannot put any files in chest (the ones that Quick Scan says cannot be scanned).

Any suggestions/recommendations?
