Hi, I’m running Avast Free and think I have a virus. Avast says my computer is unsecured and I need to register but I can’t register or turn on any shileds. Full scan and folder scans turn up empty but Quick Scan says that some files could not be scanned. I cannot see what version I am running or when it was updated.
Avast reports a twunk_32.exe Malicious URL virus from the notification icon but it doesn’t appear on any scans. I cannot put any files in chest (the ones that Quick Scan says cannot be scanned).
Any suggestions/recommendations?
