Ubiquity Port 8080

Just added a Ubiquity AP to my network. The discovery process using the Ubiquity Network App does not see the AP. However, when I turn of the Avast firewall it does. So I need to Open up port 8080 so it will work correctly.

I am sorry, but I have not been able to find a good example of how to do this. Can someone point me to one?

Set the Avast Firewall to private/trusted mode/network and reboot.

Thankyou! Looks like that worked. I verified it by “forgetting” the AP in the Ubiquity Network App, then making the changes to the network privacy and rebooting.

I was able to discover the AP and adopt it in the Network App.
