Wanted to find out whether two payments made on my dads bank account were actually to Avast as he’s been happily using TotalAV for years. Tried to access an active Avast account with his email details, but this did not exist, nor any active subscription. Used support facility to generate case number 23926509 (similar query to first sentence but with bank statement details), selected email option - got an email back saying “contact us by phone” with same UK number as on the support page - this does not connect. Any suggestions?
