Ultimate VPN is connecting but there's no internet

Hi,

I purchased android version of Avast security and subscribed to ultimate 3 or 4 days ago. When I connected to the VPN, I lost the internet connection on both wifi and mobile.

Is there anything I should change on the phone’s settings in order to use VPN?

Still no solution, no VPN, no internet connection.

I have tried to draw some Avast attention to your problem.

Did you receive any error message?
Depending on where you are connecting from, it might be that the VPN is restricted by your Internet Service Provider.

Opps! Thank you for that information. I didn’t know that in my country VPN was restricted.
