Hi! I’m new here and this is my first message here.
Since I installed Avast mobile+Anti Theft on my device, I’ve never managed to access anti theft web https://my.avast.com/ in none of my computers, Mac OS and Win 7, nor with any of my browsers, Safari-Firefox. Error Message displayed is always site not available or too busy.
Why’s that?

Can not reproduce, it it still unreachable?
Check your HOST file. Do a search on drive C:\ for “HOSTS”. Open the text file and see if it stored the site in there. if it did, erase the entry. Next, go into command prompt and enter
ipconfig /flushdns (press enter)
ipconfig /release (press enter)
ipconfig /renew (press enter)
Reboot PC
It is possible your router/modem is blocking access to this site, Or is malfunctioning. Do you have problems with any other sites?
