Hllo , i need help. I am using avast antivirus on my laptop. But after 8 months i recharged my dongle to update my avast antuvirus. When i try to visit avast website. Connection timed out error pop up. It only happen with avast website. I tried 20 times to access avast website but same error occur. Even 5 times avast website opened but after i click on download button of avast to download setup file. Again connection timed out error popup. I am registered with avast for 1 year licence. Once i become successful to download 5 mb setup file of avast antivirus but unfortunately after download setup when i opened it. It showed error. I forget that error . Coz it happened only one time . But after it i try 10 times , i got connection time out error before access avast website. Plz help me.
My laptop model is asus X55C. I am using avast free antivirus from two years and i update it three times before

- OS…?? (32/64 Bit…? - which SP…?)
- Other security related software installed…??
- Which AV(s) did you use before avast!..??
