I feel i’ve got scammed through the whole process.
2 months ago, i decide to try a 60 days trial for premium followed by a sub if i were happy with it. When i get through the process, it does indicate that i will receive a mail at the end of the trial and before any autosub begins.
The very first days, each time i want to make a thourough process of scan or protection, i’m asked to subscribe for better protection. I told myself what a joke of a premium security software. Barely going further than the free one.
Now, 2 months later (and 4 days), i see that my bank account has been lightened for 70€ by avast. But… i never received a damn mail, reminding me i’m approaching the end of trial. I check everywhere. Scam box has no trace of a mail neither is my priority or other boxes.
So, i go to the site and follow the steps for a refund.
Every step, keeps me going through a deadly loop of pages with no way to get a refund or contact the assistance by message, it keeps sending me by the same pages with no solution.
At this point, i decide to write in the forum, because i feel deeply wronged and with manners that belongs to conmen.
So, i ask the community (or a Avast guy if some read this) to help me get to a proper refund process.
