Unable to ask for refund, unable to contact support

I feel i’ve got scammed through the whole process.
2 months ago, i decide to try a 60 days trial for premium followed by a sub if i were happy with it. When i get through the process, it does indicate that i will receive a mail at the end of the trial and before any autosub begins.
The very first days, each time i want to make a thourough process of scan or protection, i’m asked to subscribe for better protection. I told myself what a joke of a premium security software. Barely going further than the free one.

Now, 2 months later (and 4 days), i see that my bank account has been lightened for 70€ by avast. But… i never received a damn mail, reminding me i’m approaching the end of trial. I check everywhere. Scam box has no trace of a mail neither is my priority or other boxes.

So, i go to the site and follow the steps for a refund.
Every step, keeps me going through a deadly loop of pages with no way to get a refund or contact the assistance by message, it keeps sending me by the same pages with no solution.

At this point, i decide to write in the forum, because i feel deeply wronged and with manners that belongs to conmen.
So, i ask the community (or a Avast guy if some read this) to help me get to a proper refund process.

I have the same issue. This is the most unfriendly user site I have ever seen. I also can’t stand the pop up advertising but am afraid to go to silent mode because I won’t know when they’re billing me for something.

Support no longer exists. There are no available email contacts, and no one communicates on this forum anymore. This new, downgraded forum doesn’t work either. It’s time to move on — everything is worse than it used to be.
