I see that you also have trial activated on Avast Premium Security so in case you would like to cancel it as well, let me know. Currently it is still valid.

I would gladly help you however I cannot find neither your email address nor the license you provided in our systems.
I think you probably missed one character in the middle part of the license because there are only 5 characters while there shall be 6 of them to be a valid license.
