My account is scheduled to renew 12/10. I have removed AVAST, because I don’t need it anymore with Windows 10. I don’t want to renew. Can’t find a phone number. All links that are in the email sent to me are invalid. Before I deleted the software, I tried to stop a renew from my account settings in the program as well as online. My next step is my credit card company. This is ridiculous. This is a good product, but I won’t recommend it if I can’t get this account closed.
It’s 11 days now and my ticket says still being processed. I’m trying to be patient but without any info and anyone contacting me it beginning to get frustrating. Please advise if anyone has looked at ticket number 35781 ?? And where they are with the refund ?
It is not 11 days, it is 4 days.
Each time you submit a new ticket or change a existing one you need to start counting again.
Each new ticket/change will put you back to the bottom of the stack.
It is a FiFo system.

And they never responded to any of my support tickets.
I checked that page and the cancel/manage auto renew button isn’t even in the source code.
It’s by design you can’t cancel.
