Posting your email address in a public forum is likely to get it added to spam lists or worse.
I suggest that you remove it and use the support ticket system.

If you haven’t got the Order ID (because of what you said), etc enter 00000000 and give as much information that you can to help identify it and the fact you made a typo in your email address.
I’m not entirely sure this is the correct means to do this as you haven’t actually got a subscription.
