What do I do? This keeps popping up!! ???

Avast mail protection cannot be started.
The add-in “C\Program Files\Alwil Software\Avast4\AshoutXT.dll” could not be installed or loaded.
try reinstalling the software again, either do a repair if possible else use the avast uninstall tool to uninstall avast and then install a new copy
be sure that you have downloaded the most rescent version of avast before uninstalling
