How do I connect ?
I have the same problem, and also when trying to access Sky Go. I spent quite a while with the help desk about a week ago, changing different VPN protocols, etc . . . a;; without any improvement.
I previously had express VPN that sometimes had problems but generally worked for both apps when outside the UK.
An internet search regarding different VPNs didn’t rank Avast VPN high in accessing BBC i-player, etc. outside teh UK
So I have given up and accept I won’t be able to access BBC i-player, etc on this trip.
