I had an IT technician install Avast Pro Virus 2015 (paid license). After installing Avast Pro Virus 2015, I am not able to connect to the internet via my secure connection. I have tried calling Tech support at Avast and all of them are trying to sell me Tech support at $179.99 instead of helping me figure out the issue. I am able to connect my other devices to my secure connection. So, it is not an issue with the internet. It is an issue with the Avast program.
I need to connect to the internet via my secure connection. Right now I am using a public connection.
