No, I’ve never had this issue…but have you tried connect to the console with another client or another browser?

I just tried from a different client, but IE8 is the only browser we have. Still doesn’t work.
I have this loaded onto a laptop at the moment (for testing), so I’ll try from my internet connection at home (just in case there is a dns / firewall issue of some sort).

How did you get into this state? This button appeares only when there is no (or corrupted) license in the SBC. AFAIK, this is unexpected state.

I never did manage to get the trial working.
This is a brand new install. I put the Console onto my Windows 7 Laptop as a test. We are still running v4.8 on the live network.
Avast has now sent me an upgraded license file for v4.8 => v5, so I have loaded that instead.
