unable to insert license file/unable to update program/not receiving emails

I have a paid account through July 2013. But once a week I get a pop up that says I need to register, that my trial is expired. I try to insert license file and I get a warning that says something about wrong parameters. I emailed for a new license file and the same thing happens. There is also a spot to insert my key manually but I do not have that.

Also when I try to update the program, it says I do not have enough room however out of 286 gbs I have 203 gbs free and unused.

Something went screwy somewhere and I believe something happened to this program that is causing me to not receive my emails anymore.
