As said, do you have multiple AV installed?
Why Using Multiple Antivirus Programs is a Bad Idea http://blog.kaspersky.com/multiple-antivirus-programs-bad-idea/
General: Uninstalling a third-party antivirus software https://www.avast.com/en-eu/faq.php?article=AVKB11#artTitle
Thankyou pondus, but i do have no extra antiviruses; ik better than that, it’s that it always happens when i try to install some kinda antivirus it says it’s corrupted or can’t install…
Please follow the instructions in the link that mikaelrask has given you.
ok
Tonight when i booted my computer it went directly to the local user account i have other than my usual admin account. i rechecked this by booting again and it did again. i had to manually sign out of the account and go to my admin account…this never happens. And also a couple of days ago i found my hidden stuffs unhidden: my photos and stuffs. That is what if i remembered correctly, like ik what happened that night was very suspicious but couldn’t precisely remember solid sure as i just shrugged it off and that was when i had a guest user account set up and a password for my own account. Even asked my family if they touched my pc, my sis didn’t my dad ik they all won’t, And combofix tool has been deleted all on it’s own; is that normal for security tools like that; they just delete all by itself if i keep them long enough(mine was in unextracted form). I Just wanna check if this system is breached or is there anything not normal going behind my view
And the antiviruses i can’t install anything why does this happen to my computer, i had avast internet security installer on my computer and other antiviruses on a cd. Can’t install none of them either, i’d like to have the “suspicious” things checked out before finding out why antiviruses won’t go in my computer thankyou guys
Follow the instructions as I asked and ATTACH the logs to your next post.
.
i nearly had my pc crashed cus of aswmbr, it needs to be updated in my best intentions like a tool to be used on win8 and others
I do see problems.
You are using that crap from IObit.
There are policy restrictions.
Code Integrity Errors
Running under a admin account while there is no need for it.
For now, don’t change anything on your system and follow the instructions from a malware remover who soon will help you.
i haven’t used any from iobit not a system tray i stumbled upon
you seem to be using a old Malwarebytes version … V2 is latest
Malwarebytes Anti-Malware version 1.75.0.1300
you seem to be using a old MCShield version … latest is 3.0.5.28
MCShield ::Anti-Malware Tool:: (HKLM-x32\...\MCShield) (Version: 2.8.3.24 - MyCity)
you seems to have AdvancedSytemCare from IObit
S2 AdvancedSystemCareService; D:\Advanced SystemCare 4\ASCService.exe [X]
some IObit info

http://www.computerworld.com/article/2468070/endpoint-security/iobit-accused-of-stealing-from-malwarebytes.html
as much as i would like to follow the instructions on the web to keep 'em updated and secure i can’t exactly follow it to the T. when i check for updates on malwarebytes i’d finish downloading it and immediately after that i’d recheck for updates and there it is another same size update like above 20 mb or so and later there would be the same size update so i don’t bother as what i get is 650 mb per recharge >:(
i don’t see advanced system care 4 in d drive
You do not appear to have 8.1 so
Download and Install Combofix
Download ComboFix from one of the following locations:

[*]When finished, it shall produce a log for you.
[*]Please include the C:\ComboFix.txt in your next reply.
Notes:
- Do not mouse-click Combofix’s window while it is running. That may cause it to stall.
- Do not “re-run” Combofix. If you have a problem, reply back for further instructions.
- If after the reboot you get errors about programmes being marked for deletion then reboot, that will cure it.
Please make sure you include the combo fix log in your next reply as well as describe how your computer is running now
.
the workings of the system appears to be fine and normal, i would just like to know what is going behind it like is there a way to make sure cus all of the things that’s been happening
OK combofix removed nothing but did reset some system settings.
