Unable to install Avast in Windows 10, Need Help.

Previously having problem updating Avast, computer slow down, Chrome error, so decided to reformat my computer.

After comp is reformatted, and all the driver is installed, then start to install Avast.

Then it appear “There was an error while completing the setup process”

Change your DNS to the one from Google and try to use the off-line installer.

Thanks, I have try using the offline installer it install and this error message appear:

"Windows cannot access the specified device, path,or file. You may not have the appropriate permission to access the item.

and i am unable to register Avast.

Remove any (pre-)installed av including ones you have tried to install.
Cleanup the system.
Than try to install avast again while logged in to the real administrator account.

Have completely uninstall deleted the folder and reinstall the software, After installed, i try to activate the FREE version. it load then the windows goes off but the software is still not activate. this time no more error message.
