I was very happy with the free version. That’s why I decided to hire this, but I’m wrong, it does not respond to the tickets, the support is non-existent, and I still can not install the antivirus on my PCs.
Hi, we have an sub-reseller that reports the same problem with the online installer of the ABA console in a Server 2008 Foundation R2 with all patches and updates. Then, it seems that using the online installer does not fix the problem in all cases.
Hello,
we are still looking into the issue. Can you send us wireshark logs so we can see the communication during the failed installation? The client logs points into misconfigured SSL settings, either on client or server side. Always make sure you have latest Windows updates before doing so.
You can alternatively provide an Event Viewer log. Start → Event Viewer → Windows Logs → System (Right click → Save as…).
Thank you.

Very disappointed with the customer treatment.
Hello,
we are still waiting for customer feedback. So far the client logs points into misconfigured SSL settings, either on client or server side. Always make sure you have latest Windows updates.
If the issue persists can you please provide us an Event Viewer log. Windows Start → Event Viewer → Windows Logs → System (Right click → Save as…)
Thank you.
@Андрей376 I am sorry but you saved the log in incorrect format. Please select the log in evtx format.
Only jpg, png, txt, log, gif can be added to the message here.
HI,
You can submit a support ticket and attach the files or upload to the ftp server ftp://ftp.avast.com/incoming/
Just post the ticket or filenames you upload.
Thanks!
I turned to technical support, sent everything, but the problem was not solved!
it is still problem on Windows 7.
However Avast(avast_business_antivirus_setup_offline.exe) old version is fine. (w/o Avast agent Master).
Can we download old version of Avast ( <18.6 ) on business.avast.com?
If we can use Avast old version, we can install avast on our clients without trouble.
Regards
Bongkeun
It looks like the issue has been found and the devs are working to correct as soon as possible.
18.8 still have it this problem. Amazing madness. How to install ABA for the new customers when console don’t have it links to 18.6?
Devs are saying this update from Microsoft needs to be installed on the devices with the issue https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=2992611
Can you confirm if installing the update resolves the install error?

After installing rvkroots.exe, Avast successfully installed.
Thanks
It works for Win7 for one of my customers. But what to do with Win10 and such error? (This update can’t help to Win10 because not for Win10).

Haven’t heard of any problems with W10 yet. Are you sure this is related to this thread…??
Yes, this problem is present in Windows 10 too.
