Unable to log in to Support

I can log in to My Avast account and this forum, but every time I try to log in to Support I get: “Login was unsuccessful!”

I have tried resetting my password, but it doesn’t work even after that.

And most ironically, I can’t create a support ticket to help me resolve this, so I’m posting it to this forum.

I am able to log into my Avast account, but every time I try to access the Support area I get an error message, even if I use my Avast account credentials and not my previous Support credentials.

Please see the attached screenshot and please help me to access Support, as I have an issue I need to report there.

I did. That’s when I get the above error message.

To sum it up, I can log in to my Account and this forum, but Support throws me out. Can you fix it for me, please?

Yes, I have tried different browsers and even different computers.

There’s obviously something wrong with my account. Does Avast Support have an e-mail address I could use instead?
