Unable to login to Password Manager on iPhone 16 ios 18.7.1

Since the morning of October 16, 2025 (Japan time), I’ve been unable to log in to the app—it just keeps loading endlessly.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app once, but I still can’t log in.

Is Anyone Else Experiencing the Same Issue?

If anyone knows how to resolve this, I’d really appreciate it if you could share the solution. Thank you.

I too am have the same issue, starting mid October. I have uninstalled, rebooted, re-installed, no luck. I also tried to install for first time on two other iPad, same results, app spins once you press “Sign in”

I’m having the same issue with iPhone and iPad. My phone is currently IOS 18.7.1. Avast, would you acknowledge this thread and please fix this issue?

I have the same problem and I can’t log into the app on iOS.

I’m now able to log in to the app as well. It looks like the issue has been fixed.
Since the app itself hasn’t been updated, it was probably a backend authentication issue.

Anyway, I’m really glad the app is working again. it’s a big help!
