Hi,
I repeatedly find I am unable to open JPEG, PNG, GIF, BMP, etc documents with an error message stating “The remote procedure call failed” Can anyone please explain why this happens and possibly provide any suggestions on how to correct/prevent this from happening in future as I don’t believe they are password protected.
