Since a few time, I can’t print on my printer user Avast Premium in active mode. I need to switch it in passive mode.
Does anyone have any idea of the reason and another solution ?

Turn off port scan
Avast UI → Protection → Firewall → Settings → Advanced → Uncheck “Enable automatic port scan detection”
Portscan bug has been around for a couple of weeks, many related posts here
Anyway a fix is said to have been released
Perhaps someone will help and my decision.
Instead of turning off the common trigger → Uncheck “Enable automatic port scan detection”…
you can try to go Avast UI → Protection → Firewall → Application settings.
Here we find the ‘Canon Inc’ group and enable ‘For all other connections: Ask’
Then, if necessary, reinstall the printer drivers and answer the questions of the Avast firewall - “Allow”.
