Unable to register with new license key

I upgraded from v4.8 to 5.0. Requested new registration license key from web site and had it emailed to me. Received the new key. Opened 5.0 went to maintenance drop down and was only able to see,

  1. new expiration date of 5/1/2010,
  2. information to upgrade to Pro,
    but no area to insert new license key
    Do not have internet access, currently switching ISP.
    Need some assistance, Thanks

I’ve requested 2 license keys to re-register 2 computers earlier this morning and so far no emails came. Spam filters are OK. No emails.

I know that there is an on-line license key activation for Avast 5. But can users also fill out the form (which according to Avast’s website is to get the license key for version 4.) and use that license for version 5?

I have gotten license keys when I had 4.8 instantaneously to 10 minutes after registering. For 5.0, I just fill out the form and get a key within seconds entered into the program.
