Unable to resize Avast Premier window after upgrade to version 17.1.2286

Unable to resize Avast Premier screen on one of my computers after upgrade. Toshiba Netbook 10" display, Windows 10 Home 32 bit
Am running in Desktop mode. When place cursor on border of window, does not resize. Confirmed that windows for other apps resize as expected. As a result, cannot access Settings as icon is not accessible.

Devs are working on it, for now right click the tray icon and select “About Avast” to get to the settings.

Thanks for the update, however, when I click on “About Avast” from the tray icon, I cannot see where the settings are accessible from the resulting screen.
