Unable to save firewall application rules

I’m trying to add an application rule for a .exe file but the rule is gone the next time I open the window. How can I save it?

Still unable to save application rules in the firewall. This is Avast IS 2014.9.0.2006.

Just tried saving a new application rule. I’m running avast Internet Security 2014.9.0.2006 and Windows 7 (64bit). Was able to save it with no problem. Not sure why you can’t . . . Sorry . . .

Is there an actual way to save it? I’m just closing the window.

I also just closed the window. I don’t see any “Save” button at all.
