Unable to scan - installer archive corrupted: What do I do with results?

Hi

I did an Avast scan of my hard drives and it gave me the following scan results below.

  1. I wanted to upload these files to VirusTotal to check them independently for viruses or malware but how do I access the \Fullspeed..%AppFolder%\ and \Fullspeed..\SystemFolder%\ folders?
When I go to the file location I can only find the one file, \Fullspeed\FullSpeed.exe which I downloaded some time ago. How do I get IN the \Fullspeed.exe%AppFolder%\ ? (I did set my folders to show show hidden & system files)
Or did Avast wrongly detect the file locations?

The only file I recognize is fullspeed.exe which I downloaded, I don’t recall installing it because I can’t find any reference of it in Regedit. So I can just delete that file, but it is the other results that I’m worried about!

  1. For all the results below I got a “Unable to scan: Installer archive is corrupted” message. What does that mean? What is my next action with these results below? Do I Delete, Move or Chest? Where must I move it to and why? What do I do after that?
I Googled c0.exe and it says it’s known malware but I’m not sure how reliable that info is. I assume the other files are also infected?

D:\downloads\utilities\bandwidth\Fullspeed\FullSpeed.exe%AppFolder%\FullSpeed.exe
D:\downloads\utilities\bandwidth\Fullspeed\FullSpeed.exe%AppFolder%\msstdfmt.dll
D:\downloads\utilities\bandwidth\Fullspeed\FullSpeed.exe%AppFolder%\MSWINSCK.OCX

D:\downloads\utilities\bandwidth\Fullspeed\FullSpeed.exe%SystemFolder%\dns1.reg

and a few like these:
C:\Documents and Settings\user\Local Setttings\Temp\2.exe%SystemFolder%\msxml3.dll

Unable to scan: Installer archive is corrupted.

Please advise.

(I use XP Pro)

it’s a new version of Inno (supported with last beta version, i guess)… Igor could tell you more

anyway, there’s no reason for any panic
