Unable to scan.

I have just done a full scan and it showed up that there was 70 files it was unable to scan.
Does anyone have any ideas why??

This answer was not helpful for me. When I have a look at the list of unscanned files, I saw that Avast “can’t find the ways to the folders”. There were ways such as, for example, C:<username>\My documents. What files could be locked in the folders like that?
