Unable to scan

Hi

I’ve not used Avast before.

I’ve just done a full system scan. There are a lot of files that Avast has been unable to scan but I can find no details of what these might be.

Can anyone enlighten me?

I am using an iMac (2011) & High Sierra & Avast Security 13.1.

there can be many reasons why files cant be scanned and it does not mean they are infected
