unable to see the text

Hi everytime i click on a file and goto scan the scan box comes up but they is no txt,also if i goto the scan section of avast they no txt there as well

Perform a repair of avast and see if the problem is solved.
start > control panel > software > avast > add/remove > choose repair

Are you using some “theme-related” software?

yei have recently changed my windows theme i will try revert back to normal an see if that works

changed my theme back to default and still same, i think i have overwrite my fonts when installing custom themes. It changed the “calibrib” font dose any 1 know what font avast uses is it just default …or could it be something else???

Have you tried a repair of Avast as suggested in a previous post?

If you still can’t solve it, then download the latest stable version of Avast from the official website, AND the Clean Uninstall Utility from http://www.avast.com/uninstall-utility, reboot into Windows Safe Mode and run the uninstall utility following the instructions.

Then restart into Normal Mode to use the new latest stable version you just downloaded, and reboot again.

If that doesn’t resolve the problem, then the problem can’t be resolved from Avast side, and you should look for some Windows-related solution (or some theme-related tool).
