Getting an error “Something went wrong, please try again later.” when I try to send a file for analysis from the virus chest, refer to attached screenshot.

I’m sorry for the error message that you are seeing - it is likely due to the application not being able to connect to our servers for some reason.
In order to get the file to our Virus Lab specialists, can I ask you to extract/restore the file from the Virus Chest and then report the file as a false positive (and upload a copy of it for analysis) using this form: https://www.avast.com/false-positive-file-form.php
To extract the file, please open Virus Chest > click the “…” icon to the right of the file listed in the Virus Chest > click “Extract” > choose a location to save the file.
