Unable to start antivirus programmes

When i try to start my antivirus program it doesn’t work.It happened first with avira so i switched to avast but i’m getting the same problem.Can anyone help please?

Hi,

Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool (
http://www.mcshield.net/personal/magna86/Images/FRST_canned.png
) by Farbar and save it to your desktop.

Note: You need to run the version compatibale with your system. If you are not sure which version applies to your system download both of them and try to run them.
Only one of them will run on your system, that will be the right version.

[*]Double-click to run it. When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
[*]Under Optional Scan ensure “Driver MD5” are ticked.
[*]Press Scan button.
[*]It will make a log (FRST.txt) in the same directory the tool is run. Please attach it to your reply.
[*]The first time the tool is run, it makes also another log (Addition.txt). Please attach it to your reply.

Download FixList.txt from attachments …

FixList.txt must be in the same location where FRST.exe tool is!

Re-run FRST.exe as you did before …

[*] Press the Fix button once and wait.
[*] FRST will process fixlist.txt
[*] When finished, it will produce a log fixlog.txt and will keep that log in the same folder where FRST.exe is.

Attach here fixlog.txt logreport.

Then re-install Avast

When i tried to open avast after i installed it an error popped up saying “Failed to load language dll [1033\UILangRes.dll]”

I’ve tried reinstalling twice but i’m getting the same error message pop up when i open avast.

I do not know the system is clean.
This error is not related to malware.
