unable to start avast! Antivirus service error 00000433 has occurred

I am deploying Avast 4.8 via GPO in Active Directory.
The client installs but once the user is logged in the Avast service don’t start.
Which mean I have a unprotected computer, not good.
Error code in ADNM is:
unable to start avast! Antivirus service, error 00000433 has occurred.
The avast service starts if i reboot the computer, but i am not going to request 1000 people to reboot.
If i try to start the service via the services i get:
Error 1075: The dependency service does not exist or has been marked for deletion.
