Unable to start Firewall! - Windows 10

Hi,

I have Avast Premier, and have got a problem today, so looking for any advice or possible solutions.

My Avast Firewall was up and running no problems, however it is now Off, and when I try and switch it on it displays an error, “Unable to start Firewall!”.

I have Windows Defender switched off, any suggestions or solutions to get this switched back on?

this is usually fixed with a couple of reboots, if that dont work go to avast uninstall, then get a option to repair avast on that last popup box

Had already tried resetting settings etc, so thanks for saving a headache!
