Unable to Sync devices

Hi
I am having problems as I seen to have no authorised device & can’t find the sync&back-up email that was sent.
I there a way I can have the authorise device sent again?

I am having the exact same problem. From what I’ve found online the only way around this is for Avast to reset your passwords but I can’t find anyway to directly get in contact with them other than this forum.

Have you had any luck since posting this?
