Unable to update+ AshWebsv.exe error

Sorry that i have posted in the wrong part.
Help! When I start my pc this morning, the system runs VERY SLOW. I checked Task Manager, I found a lot of AshWebSv.exe running! After 30 MINUTES, TWO ERRORS APPEARED!

How can I solve this problem??? help me…
A little introduction of my computer:

Acer ( i dun know the serial number of my pc)
Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition
Version 2002 Service Pack 3
2.02Ghz, 248MB of RAM
Current version: Avast! Antivirus Home

Using XP with only 248MB of RAM will be SLOW.

I would not run XP with less than 512MB RAM and even that wil be slow.

try 2 check your mem 4 permanent errors. (bios or extern prog)
exclude broken mem from usage. but as yokenny stated above, you’re very low on mem, so maybe if possible expand your mem - ur whole system will gain speed by doing so, since ur cpu isn’t that slow but needs more mem 4 working @ high level. i would advice at least 1gb…
