Unable to update payment method

So I have a yearly subscription but the card associated with it is about to expire this month. The website tells me I should replace it with the new card info and even shows me a modal message with a button taking me to the page. However my account is from Brazil and the card info page I’m taken to is broken for me:



When I inspect the console there are several Javascript errors, too:

(Covered the ids on the console as I believe they contain personal data)

The link offered to speak with support seems to only land on an FAQ page and I couldn’t find my specific issue among the topics.

I’ve tried accessing this payment page from the latest version of Chrome and Edge, both on Windows 10 and 11, and none worked out. I wonder what I can do to replace the card info (seeing as the page doesn’t work for me) or when I can expect it to be fixed.
