unathourized PayPal payment for Avast primuim

Does anyone know how to get a hold of customer service?
The chat never loads…even after 2 hours. >:(
And of course, they never have something that supports your problem in the drop-down list.

I had a payment show up on PayPal show a few days ago and there is nothing showing in Payment or Subscription? Never received an email from avast as all.

Any help would be appreciated.

I already do this, which is why I’m requesting help.
There is nothing in my Order History or My Subscription, so it is not possible. It takes me back to chat that never connects.

No phone to talk to a human or email?

Just enter/use 00000000 (Order-ID) and explain it in your request.
